Job summary

Meat Co. is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will handle incoming orders, respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

We look for candidates with experience in customer service, order management, or related roles within food service or distribution. This role focuses on delivering seamless service to hotels, supermarkets and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order management, or a related role in food service, distribution or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via email, WhatsApp, or online channels.
• Verify product codes, pricing, discounts, and stock availability.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and monitor backorders.
• Serve as main contact for assigned accounts and address product inquiries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse/Logistics, Production, QA and Finance to support orders.
• Inform customers of substitutions and lead times.
