Job summary

CORESTAFF PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Sales Support Executive to manage end-to-end customer orders and support the daily coordination of the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with Operations, warehouse and other internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfilment, handle enquiries, billing matters and service escalations, and guide junior staff in daily tasks. • Coordinate closely with Operations, warehouse and other internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or Customer Operations .
• Strong hands-on experience in order processing and order fulfilment .
• Experience guiding junior staff, coordinating workload or supporting team operations will be advantageous.
• Proficient in ERP or order management systems.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, distribution or other manufacturing environments will be advantageous.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Process-driven, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Comfortable providing occasional Saturday and Public Holiday support when required, with time off provided accordingly.
