Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead server-related customer projects from quotation and proposal stages through NPI, production delivery and after-sales support.

You will coordinate with international customers to define requirements, specifications, schedules and delivery expectations. You will coordinate cross-functional resources across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and other departments, lead project review meetings, monitor milestones and report progress to management

Project and Customer Management

Manage server-related customer projects from initial quotation and proposal stages through NPI, production delivery and after-sales support.

Coordinate with international customers to establish project requirements, specifications, schedules and delivery expectations.

Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards, technical specifications and timelines.

Project Execution and Coordination

Coordinate cross-functional resources across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and other departments.

Lead project review meetings, monitor milestones and resolve issues that may affect project execution.

Develop project schedules, monitor budgets and implement risk mitigation measures.

Provide regular project status reports and performance updates to management and customers.

Business and Technology Development

Monitor server market developments, customer demand and emerging technologies.

Identify opportunities for new projects, product enhancements and business expansion.

Support customer product planning through coordination with relevant technical and commercial teams.

Inventory and Cost Management

Monitor excess and obsolete inventory risks arising from customer projects and product requirements.

Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to negotiate inventory clearance and cost-sharing arrangements.

Recommend improvements to inventory planning and material management processes to minimise costs and future exposure.
