Job summary

Responsibilities

• 1. Manage the complete customer sales lifecycle, including RFPs, RFQs, NPI and after-sales support.
• 2. Serve as primary contact for international customers, understanding requirements and coordinating product/service solutions.
• 3. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support growth and satisfaction.
• 4. Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with specs, timelines and delivery commitments.
• 5. Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• 6. Lead project meetings, follow up on actions, resolve issues affecting schedules or deliverables.
• 7. Identify project risks, implement mitigation measures and monitor progress against targets.
• 8. Prepare regular updates, performance reports and progress reviews for management and customers.
• 9. Monitor server industry trends and technologies to support product planning.
• 10. Identify opportunities to expand relationships and improve offerings.
• 11. Assess risks with excess/inventory and negotiate material clearance and inventory disposition plans.
