Job summary

You will build strong relationships through consistent communication and reliable service, manage feedback and complaints, and coordinate resolutions. You will maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams and partners to address needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Keep customer records and shipment information accurate in the company system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, overseas counterparts and external partners to address customer needs efficiently.
• Monitor shipment progress and coordinate with vendors, carriers, warehouses and transport providers.
• Support shipment documentation, manifest preparation, invoicing and cost recording.
• Adhere to established company procedures and applicable operational requirements.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Management.

• Support shipment documentation, manifest preparation, invoicing and operational cost recording.
• Follow established company procedures and applicable operational requirements.
• Undertake other reasonable duties related to the role as assigned by Management.
