Job summary

MEI Technology in Singapore is seeking a Customer Management Executive to support customers and coordinate projects from planning through follow-up. You will be a key contact for enquiries and work closely with internal teams to keep activities on track.

You will build strong relationships, respond to enquiries, identify issues, coordinate milestones, and provide sales and account management support, including maintaining customer data. English and Chinese communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Electronics, Engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in manufacturing and familiarity with ODB++ or AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Electronics, Engineering or a related field. Candidates with relevant customer management experience and basic knowledge of electronic components will also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese to support customer and internal discussions.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector, familiarity with ODB++ or AutoCAD, and the ability to communicate in Malay are preferred.
• Occasional travel may be required, approximately two to three times a year, when necessary.
