Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management professional to oversee day-to-day order activities and maintain strong customer relationships. You will act as the single point of contact for issues, ensuring accurate data and driving digitalisation of processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Business and have 2-3 years of order management experience, with SAP experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business or related.
• 2-3 years experience in order management.
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer day to day activities of customer order management.
• Display a customer-centric attitude and proactively maintain strong customer relationships.
• Act as single point of contact to resolve customer issues ensuring engagement of relevant support when required.
• Ensure clean and accurate data management and analysis.
• Support to drive digitalisation through adoption of the processes/tools and drive continuous development and improvement.
• Uphold quality, safety and compliance standards.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Location: Tuas West

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs - 8am to 5pm, Fri - 8am to 3.30pm
