Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Logistics Customer Service Officer in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with WMS/ERP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders using the WMS/ERP system.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and within SLAs.
• Monitor order status and resolve delivery or fulfilment issues proactively.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams for smooth operations.
• Handle customer enquiries, urgent orders, and value-added service requests.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, DOs, and PODs.
• Perform inventory-related admin duties, including stock reporting and discrepancy investigations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Support customer audits, site visits, and operational reviews.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure SOP/quality compliance.
