Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD., based in Singapore, is seeking a logistics customer service professional to handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage shipment activations and cross-trade shipments.

You will coordinate with customers for their incoming and outgoing goods and liaise with overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment activities. The role requires understanding import/export processes, completing all required documentation on time, and addressing customer complaints to prevent

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or airfreight is required.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.
• Able to coordinate with overseas agents and customers.
