Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team at Changi Airfreight Centre. You will handle sea documentation, manage air and sea bookings, and liaise with carriers and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Basic salary ranges from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,200 per month, with AWS and a variable bonus. Training is provided for candidates with lesser experience; career progression is available within a well established company.

Qualifications

GCE O level with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage.
Training provided for those with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in the Customer Service department and report to team manager.
Handle all sea documentation work including bookings and Bill of Lading.
Manage bookings for air and sea and liaise with air/sea carriers and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

To assist in the Customer Service department & reporting to team manager
To handle all sea documentation work like bookings, Bill of Lading etc
To handle all bookings for both air and sea
To liaise with air and sea carriers
To liaise with customers
Perform other assigned duties

Job Requirements:

Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage
Training provided for those without/lesser experience
