Job summary

C & W ELECTRONICS PTE LTD is seeking a capable Sales Coordinator to support customer inquiries, manage orders, and coordinate with planning, warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time delivery. You will process POs and create Sales Orders in Dynamics 365 BC, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales administration, strong English and Mandarin communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales or related field.
• 1–2 years in sales coordination, customer service or sales administration.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• English and Mandarin communication to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide sales support including order status and delivery schedules.
• Process POs, verify details, and create Sales Orders in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse and logistics to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain sales and shipping documents (DOs, invoices, debit/credit notes, export docs).
• Monitor sales backlog, outstanding orders, customer payments and shipment progress.
• Coordinate freight, duty and tax payment requests and RMA activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, customer data and filing.
• Data entry and ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
