Job summary

C & W Electronics Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Support / Sales Coordinator to manage orders from PO through delivery. You will handle customer enquiries, provide status updates, and coordinate with planning, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely fulfilment.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in customer service or order management, and fluency in English and Mandarin to service Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for business communication with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, sales coordination, logistics, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Process customer Purchase Orders (POs), verify order details, and create Sales Orders in Dynamics 365 BC.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide sales support, including order status, delivery schedules, product issues, and complaint resolution.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, and logistics providers to ensure timely order fulfilment, shipment, and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain sales and shipping documents, including Delivery Orders, Sales Invoices, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, and export documentation.
• Monitor sales backlog, outstanding orders, customer payments, and shipment progress to ensure smooth order execution.
• Coordinate freight arrangements, duty & tax payment requests, and Return Material Authorization (RMA) activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, customer data, and document filing.
• Perform data entry and other duties or projects as assigned.
