You will support sales, trial bookings, and student enrolments while ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role offers real growth potential and requires weekend retail hours. You will work with the Centre Manager and teachers to coordinate schedules, manage records, assist billing, and maintain a welcoming, well-presented centre

Qualifications

• Weekend work and retail hours required.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations and support sales to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up on enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins.
• Assist in scheduling lessons and managing student records.
• Support billing, payments, and basic admin tasks.
• Promote lessons, instruments and programmes, build relations with parents and students.
• Maintain centre presentation and cleanliness.
