Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a motivated retail team lead for our expanding international beauty retailer network in Singapore. You will guide a store team to meet sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and flawless store operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, inventory care, and daily reporting. You will participate in training, promotions, and scheduling, including weekend and public holiday shifts to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2–3 years of retail sales/Beauty Advisor experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through team management and coaching.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office to perform administrative and reporting tasks.
• Availability to work rotating shifts as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
• Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive achievement of sales goals by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by training staff and resolving customer issues promptly.
• Oversee stock replenishment and inventory management to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage.
• Perform store administration tasks including accurate reporting and documentation to support operational decisions.
• Support the Store Manager in executing store plans and maintaining operational excellence.
• Commit to working rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays to meet business needs.

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
