Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-facing role at our Beauty World academy in Singapore. The role involves handling inquiries, bookings and general administration in a music education setting.

It is a full-time position with five days a week, two weekdays off, on-site at Beauty World. Salary ranges from SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,200 plus an incentive bonus, with weekend work required. Knowledge of marketing or customer service is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Certification in marketing, communications, hospitality, arts management, music or a related field.
• Interest in music or music education is an advantage.
• Must be able to work on weekends, Saturday and Sunday (2 days off days on weekday).

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, telephone, email and walk-ins.
• Assist parents and students with lesson information, trial bookings and registrations.
• Follow up with prospective customers and support the conversion of enquiries into enrolments.
• Coordinate lesson schedules between students, parents and teachers.
• Assist with instrument sales, rentals and repair enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer, student and sales records.
• Support payment collection, invoicing and administrative documentation.
• Assist with classroom preparation and the daily organisation of the academy.
• Support concerts, workshops, student activities and promotional events.
• Assist with social-media content, photographs and simple marketing materials when required.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by management.
