Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to run daily operations, support sales, and ensure a smooth customer experience at the Beauty World centre. You will work closely with the Centre Manager in a hands-on role with real growth potential.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via WhatsApp, calls and walk-ins, promoting lessons and programmes, scheduling, billing, and maintaining a welcoming centre environment during weekend retail hours.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with weekends and retail hours.
• Interest in music or education is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations and support sales with Centre Manager.
• Follow up on enquiries via WhatsApp, calls and walk-ins; assist trial bookings and student enrolments.
• Promote lessons, instruments and programmes; build relationships with parents and students.
• Schedule lessons and manage student records; track attendance; support billing and basic admin tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the centre; coordinate with teachers on schedules and updates.
