Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a hands-on Sales & Customer Support role in Singapore. You will run daily operations, support sales, and ensure a smooth customer experience in a retail-centre setting.

This position offers growth potential, with basic pay of SGD 2,000 plus performance incentives up to SGD 3,000 gross monthly, and weekend retail hours as part of a five-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working weekends and retail hours.
• Interest in music or education is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins).
• Support trial bookings and student enrolments.
• Assist in promoting lessons, instruments, and programmes.
• Build relationships with parents and students.
• Assist in scheduling lessons and managing student records.
• Ensure attendance tracking and smooth daily operations.
• Support billing, payments, and basic admin tasks.
• Help maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the centre.
