Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is partnering with a leading transport statutory board in Singapore to recruit a Customer Service Officer who will be the friendly face of the transport network and assist commuters.

The position requires rotating shifts (4 days on, 2 days off) from 10:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 10:00, with a 2-hour break, and is based in Woodlands. You will handle inquiries, support daily operations, and reconcile cash collections at shift end.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
• Experience in cashiering and customer service is an advantage.
• Cheerful, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive work attitude.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and perform under a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling work matters.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations to ensure all tasks and workflows run smoothly
• Handle enquiries and assist in resolving potential issues promptly and effectively
• Respond to operational needs as they arise and make timely decisions to prevent or minimize service disruptions
• Reconcile daily cash collections with system reports at the end of each shift
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
