Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a 3-month contract candidate to perform outbound calls to promote a partner initiative, engage participants, and maintain accurate records. The role includes handling sticker inventory, providing installation support, and basic data entry while helping the team meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal applicants have a minimum N-Level qualification, strong communication, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Requirements

• Minimum N-Level qualification, with relevant work experience preferred.

• Comfortable making outbound calls

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with occasional hands‑on work - operation (Pasting sticker)

• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Able to learn and use new systems and applications.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or operations is an advantage.
