Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a proactive candidate for a 3 months contract role focused on partner outreach and activation. You will make outbound calls to promote initiatives, engage partners, maintain records, manage sticker inventory, assist with installations, perform data entry, and help the team meet KPIs.

Comfort with hands-on tasks and basic MS Word/Excel skills are required; prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum N-Level qualification; relevant work experience preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with occasional hands-on work.
• Proactive, resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn and use new systems and applications.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or operations is an advantage.
