Job summary

APEX PHARMA MARKETING PTE LTD, located in Pasir Ris, Singapore, is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for a full-time, on-site role. You will manage inventory, process returns, and prepare goods for dispatch while maintaining safety and accuracy per SOPs.

The role requires English literacy, physical capability to handle 20 kg cartons, and at least 2 years in warehousing. Strong attention to detail is essential; experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Warehouse Assistant or Team Lead

Qualifications

• Must possess N-Level or NiTEC, in any field.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Able to handle cartons weighing 20kg and above.
• At least 2 years' experience in warehousing.
• Experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Warehouse Assistant or Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Handle returned goods from customers.
• Pick and pack goods accurately for deliveries according to the SOPs.
• Assist in carrying out collection and distribution when required.
• Receive, check shipments, and store goods according to SOPs in an accurate manner.
• Organise products and prepare space for inbound shipments ahead of shipment arrival.
• Replenish goods onto shelves.
• Proper housekeeping of assigned areas in the warehouse.
• Any other tasks assigned by Warehouse Managers and Supervisors.
