Ideal candidates have NITEC/ O Level or relevant diploma, at least 2 years in customer service or call center, English literate and computer literate; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience or call centre exposure.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers' phone inquiries and process orders via hotline, email and sales orders.
• Communicate important delivery information with the Warehouse Team.
• Maintain records of all inventory transactions as required by the organization.
• Provide administrative support such as filing and retrieval of documents.
• Assist in performing annual stock-take.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
