This full-time on-site role handles customer inquiries via hotline, email, and sales orders, ensures delivery information is communicated with the Warehouse Team, and maintains inventory records. Ideal candidates have NITEC/ O Level or relevant diploma, at least 2 years in customer service or call center, English literate and computer literate; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience or call centre exposure.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers' phone inquiries and process orders via hotline, email and sales orders.
• Communicate important delivery information with the Warehouse Team.
• Maintain records of all inventory transactions as required by the organization.
• Provide administrative support such as filing and retrieval of documents.
• Assist in performing annual stock-take.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Handle customers' phone enquiries and process orders via customer care hotline, email and sales orders.
• Ensure important information about special delivery is communicated with the Warehouse Team
• Maintain records of all inventory transactions according to the requirements of the organization
• Provide admin support such as filing and retrieval of documents when required
• Assist in performing annual stock-take
• Any other duties assigned by the Client Service Manager and Senior Operations Executive

Requirements

• NITEC/ O Level/ Relevant Diploma Courses
• At least 2 years experience English literate and Computer literate
• Knowledge of SAP system will be advantageous
• Experience in customer service and/or call center will be advantageous
