Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain with exposure to global customer operations.
• Experience deploying digital tools and doing program and change management.
• Strong data analytics and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer service for Modern Trade & GT customers, delivering CS excellence and improving supply chain NPS.
• Align 4-quarter rolling forecast with supply planning to build month, quarter and annual views of supply and service.
• Lead Monthly Demand Review calls with Business teams; discuss outliers and corrective actions to improve FA.
• Ensure on-time validation of customer orders, review supply/lead times, and clean up remnant orders.
• Manage priority or critical orders and inform customers in advance of supply or delivery issues.
