BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Logistics) to coordinate daily operations with customers, warehouses and freight forwarders, and to process orders and arrange shipments.
The role also involves monitoring inventory accuracy, reconciling stock discrepancies, maintaining cycle count records for audits, tracking KPIs, preparing monthly reports, and supporting daily logistics operations to deliver efficient customer service.
Formación
- Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.

- Support daily logistics operations and provide efficient customer service.
Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
