Job summary

Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a diligent Customer Service/Logistics Support professional to coordinate daily operations with customers, warehouse teams and forwarders, ensuring smooth order processing. You will help meet KPIs, reconcile stock discrepancies, manage cycle counts for audit trails, and maintain accuracy between the client’s WMS and our records.

This role offers a daytime Mon-Fri schedule at Changi Alps with transport provided from North/Northeast/East,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations with customers, warehouse, and forwarders.
• Meet operational KPIs and service standards.
• Maintain KPI and cycle count records for audit trails.
• Reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Book shipments and arrange transportation.
• Process orders efficiently.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports.
• Ensure KPI reports are submitted on schedule.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with customer's WMS.
