Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to oversee shipping documentation and billing processes for our third-party logistics operations in Singapore.

You will lead a small team of customer service staff, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure accurate records and timely reporting. This role includes weekend alternates and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping documentation and billing in a 3rd party warehouse.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers, colleagues and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of customer service staff to process order requests from customers.
• Engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform monthly billing to customers.
• Handle customers' billing queries.
• Monitor and forecast inventory movement.
• Liaise with customers on inventory and other administrative and customer service duties.
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors and third parties to process order requests from customers.
• Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately.
• Develop, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required.
• Attend to customers' requests to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible to process shipping documentation and billing to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer service staff to process order requests from customers
