Job summary

ECO HYPER PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated customer service assistant in Singapore to support daily inquiries and complaints, and to help prepare simple billing drafts.

You will update customers with reports, handle ad-hoc tasks, and contribute to smooth logistics operations. Fresh graduates are welcome, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role is full-time based in Singapore, offering practical exposure to logistics customer service

Qualifications

• Basic customer service or office experience preferred.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Entry-level and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support daily customer service activities, including handling complaints, enquiries, calls and emails.
• Update and submit daily/monthly reports to customers.
• Prepare simple draft logistics billings.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks upon customer request.
• Perform other ad-hoc operation duties as assigned.
