DE BEAUTE (SSC) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team. You will handle calls, emails and chats, provide information on aesthetic services, and maintain high service standards.

You should be fluent in English and Mandarin, professional, organized, and able to support VIP customers. Familiarity with MS Office and POS systems is a plus; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Customer Service, Call Centre or related field.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in a call centre or beauty/wellness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails and online chats promptly and professionally.
• Retain customer satisfaction by rebooking enquiries, appointments, orders, feedback and complaints.
• Provide accurate information about services offered (aesthetic facial, slimming, TCM, wellness & massage).
• Work with MS Office and POS systems; assist with reporting and insights.

Customers Service Officer

De Beaute, a high-end Aesthetic Beauty, slimming, TCM, certified Category One Wellness & Massage Spa, is looking for professional, customer-focused representatives to join our team.

Salaries: $2300-$3500

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude, including handling incoming calls, emails and online chats promptly and professionally.

• Retaining customer satisfaction and retention by rebooking customer enquiries, appointments, orders, feedback and complaints.

• Provide accurate information about our aesthetic facial, slimming, TCM, wellness & massage spa services.

• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills to date with customers and assist with basic troubleshooting or service-related concerns.

• Manage high-end priority or VIP customer cases and elevate matters when necessary.

• Assist in supporting the smooth daily operation of the call centre and outlet's customer service function.

• Prepare customer service reports and share insights to improve.

• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

• Work closely with outlet operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Customer Service, Call Centre or related field.

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience.

• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant, courteous and professional telephone manner.

• Good organisational, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in a call centre; if in the beauty, wellness, slimming, TCM wellness or aesthetic industry, it will be an advantage.
  

Working Hours & Location

• Mon-Friday: 10.30 am - 8pm , Sat : 10 am - 6pm (off on Sunday & PH)

• Full-Time basis

• Sun and PH off
