Job summary

EGO Medical Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring a Customer Service Officer Specialist to support patients and clients in our medical aesthetic clinics at Orchard.

The role involves handling inquiries across calls, social media, and email, and guiding customers through our services. You will schedule appointments, maintain records, and collaborate with the operations team while upholding confidentiality and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Beauty, Wellness or Aesthetic industry is a MUST.
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, messages, and inquiries via all social media platforms, emails, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information about our treatments and products to patients and potential clients.
• Assist customers in scheduling appointments, making changes to appointments, and providing reminders.
• Collaborate with the operation team to ensure customer queries are addressed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Calling of leads to book appointment and ensure appointment is turned up.

Working Location: Orchard (near MRT)

Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon - Saturday (10am - 7pm), Sunday (Off)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Group Commission + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent
