Job summary

K-Beauty Group Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced beauty therapist to deliver professional face and body treatments, consult clients, and promote skincare packages. You will operate slimming and facial machines, ensure client safety, and maintain a hygienic clinic environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in slimming or facial therapy, plus relevant certifications. Weekend shifts may be required; English and Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in slimming, facial or beauty therapy.
• Certifications in body, aesthetic, beauty or facial techniques preferred.
• Proven customer-facing sales ability; comfortable recommending treatments and achieving targets.
• Experience operating slimming and facial machines and familiar with treatment protocols and client safety.

Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, recommend tailored treatment plans, and set realistic expectations. Monitor and track client progress; provide follow-up care, coaching and adjustments to treatment plans to maximise results and retention.

Monitor and track client progress; provide follow-up care, coaching and adjustments to treatment plans to maximise results and retention

Promote products, treatment packages and membership plans; support referral and retention initiatives to grow client lifetime value

Provide excellent customer service at all touchpoints — reception support, appointment management and handling client inquiries/concerns with empathy and professionalism

Maintain outlet housekeeping and ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment that meets company standards

Record-keeping: accurately document client records, treatment details, consent forms and progress notes

Stay current with industry trends, treatment techniques and product knowledge; attend training as required

About you
