VOIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive sales support professional to handle enquiries via phone, email, and social media, and to prepare compelling sales proposals for existing and new customers.

You will execute order processing, coordinate fulfilment, and prepare invoices while working closely with the Accounts Department to ensure prompt payments. The role requires liaising with technical teams and external vendors to meet customer timelines and business needs.

Responsabilités

• Handle enquiries via phone, email and social media platform
• Prepare sales proposals for existing and new customers
• Execute order processing and order fulfilment tasks
• Prepare invoices and work with Accounts Department to ensure prompt payments
• Schedule work for technical teams to meet customers’ timelines
• Liaise with external vendors: suppliers, contractors, partners
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
