Job summary

EATZ CATERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is looking for an operations coordinator to support daily catering operations and ensure smooth, on-time execution of orders. You will coordinate with kitchen, packing and logistics teams for accurate fulfillment and timely dispatch.

This role requires hands-on, proactive teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours during peak periods. Experience in F&B is a plus and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination or logistics.
• F&B industry experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good operational awareness.
• Physically able to work in kitchen and packing environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings or peak periods.
• Proactive, hands-on and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ensure all orders follow the Kitchen Schedule (KS) and are prepared on time.
• Assist in dispatch coordination to ensure deliveries are sent out on time.
• Monitor and escalate any operational issues such as missing items, delays, or miscommunication.
• Maintain basic inventory of packing materials and operational supplies.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales data for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Handle basic client inquiries and redirect complex queries to the relevant Sales Executive.

• Assist in dispatch coordination to ensure all deliveries are sent out on time
• Monitor and escalate any operational issues such as missing items, delays, or miscommunication
• Maintain basic inventory of packing materials and operational supplies
• Maintain and update customer information and sales data for tracking and reporting purposes
• Support the sales team with administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and document preparationHandle basic client inquiries and redirect complex queries to the relevant Sales Executive
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or logistics roles; experience in F&B is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with good operational awareness
• Physically able to work in kitchen and packing environments
• Able to work flexible hours when required (including early mornings or peak periods)
