Job summary

GLOBAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY in Singapore is seeking a responsible Customer Service professional to handle enquiries, orders and quotations for customers in the semiconductor and electronics industries from our Ang Mo Kio office.

You will proactively communicate shipment status, coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders, and maintain detailed records while ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in machinery, equipment or technical service industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure good customer service through professional and timely handling of customers’ enquiries, orders, quotations, service requests, concerns and escalations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal departments and senior management.
