Avantor in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service professional to handle day-to-day inquiries, manage orders, returns, and shipping issues, and coordinate resolutions across logistics and sales teams. You will communicate with customers to explain policies and product features, while maintaining precise records for follow-up actions.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service (international trade/logistics a plus) and familiarity with SAP and MS Office.

Qualificações

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• International trade or logistics background is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
• Fluent communication with internal teams and customers is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Executes day-to-day customer service tasks following procedures to address inquiries and issues.
• Manages customer expectations and coordinates resolutions across departments; maintains records for follow-up actions.
• Responds to inquiries about order modifications, returns, or shipping issues; adapts solutions based on current circumstances.
• Communicates with internal teams (logistics, sales) to gather information and resolve concerns promptly.
• Explains product features, order statuses, or returns policies to customers for clarity.
• Takes ownership of customer issues and resolutions; ensures high satisfaction levels.
