Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd seeks a proactive Freight Forwarding Customer Service Specialist in Redhill, Singapore. You will handle customer inquiries, monitor shipments, provide timely updates, and resolve issues to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. You will prepare shipping documents and quotations, assist with DG applications, coordinate shipments with overseas agents, and ensure accurate records and billing while collaborating with

Salary: $2800 - $3200

Working Location: Redhill

Working Days: Monday - Friday / 8.30am - 5.30pm

Experience in Frieght Forwarding Industry

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.

• Prepare shipping documents, freight quotations, and DG applications.

• Coordinate shipments, customs clearance, and delivery arrangements with overseas agents and logistics partners.

• Verify agents’ and contractors’ invoices and manage customer billing.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operations and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and logistics management software
