Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Supply Chain) to manage procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate SAP data.

You will coordinate with suppliers and the sales team, plan forecasts, process purchase orders, and liaise with customers on shipments, while handling LC checks and multi‑priority tasks in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply chain process for procurement, inventory control, logistics shipping and distribution.
• Coordinate planning and forecasting activities.
• Plan, manage and coordinate procurement of materials/stock with suppliers and the sales team.
• Process and manage purchase orders to manufacturers/suppliers; follow up on shipments and inventory control.
• Be the point of contact for customers on orders and shipments.
• Ensure timely deliveries and shipments; arrange deliveries optimally.
• Arrange logistics for import/export/local shipments with transporters/warehouses.
• Review and prepare all shipping documents.
• Liaise with customers on delivery/shipment dates and special requirements.
• Handle L/C checking and amendments, L/C negotiation with bankers.
• Maintain accuracy of SAP system information and follow procedures.
• Undertake tasks/projects to achieve organizational objectives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the supply chain process of procurement , inventory control, logistics shipping and distribution
• Manage planning and forecasting activities
• Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the procurement of necessary materials/stock with suppliers and the sales team
• Responsible for processing and management of purchase Orders to manufacturers / suppliers, follow-up on shipments schedules and inventories control.
• Being the point of contact for customers in all purchase orders and deliveries/shipments concerns
• Responsible for processing and management of customers’ orders with timely deliveries and shipments arrangement to be made in the most optimum manner
• Perform logistics arrangements for deliveries (import/export/local) and work with transporters/forwarders/ warehouses to resolve any issues related to the shipment/delivery
• Review and prepare all shipping documents
• Liaise with customers on deliveries/ shipments dates and any special requirements pertaining to customers’ orders fulfilment
• Handle L/C checking and amendments to customers and L/C negotiation with bankers including confirmation etc.
• Maintain high accuracy of SAP system information and ensure all procedures are followed correctly
• Undertake task/project assigned to achieve Organisational objectives.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
• 1-2 Years experience in similar role
• Prior experience working in Manufacturing sector will be advantages
• Able to manage multiple priorities and to handle challenging work demands and tight schedules
• Able to make timely decisions in a high pressure environment
