Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional in Singapore to build and maintain strong client relationships within the MRO sector. You will be the primary contact, ensuring timely issue resolution and proactive communication on quotes, invoicing, and delivery schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or equivalent and has at least 2 years of customer service experience in the MRO industry, contributing to smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business/ Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Service in MRO industry.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, organising regular meetings and visits.
