Job summary

IL Network Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support daily import/export operations. You will handle inquiries, prepare documents, and coordinate with customers, forwarders and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in shipping or logistics, strong communication, multitasking ability and attention to detail. Training on in-house software will be provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in the shipping, logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email timely.
• Prepare shipping and import/export documents (e.g. Bill of Lading, Delivery Orders, invoices).
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Process invoices and billing documents on time.
• Coordinate with customers, forwarders and internal teams on the arrangements.
• Ensure operations comply with company SOPs.
• Performing other tasks related to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
• Training on in-house software will be provided.
