Job summary

WORKLE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Retail Assistant in Singapore's Town Area to join our fashion-focused multi-brand retail team.

The role involves delivering outstanding customer service, styling advice, and achieving sales targets. You will also mentor junior staff and support daily store operations. Requirements include 1–2 years of retail experience, passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience — fashion or lifestyle preferred.
• Passionate about fashion with good knowledge of current trends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers warmly to create a memorable in-store experience.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products and styling advice.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through genuine and consultative selling.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise sales opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store display standards.
• Handle cashiering, sales transactions, and daily reconciliation.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory counts, and stockroom organisation.
• Ensure store cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
• Guide and mentor junior retail assistants.
• Support store operations and assist supervisor when required.

Retail / Senior Retail Assistant | Fashion | Singapore
Location: Town Area
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to $2,800/month with attractive Commissions
Working Hours: 5-day work week (roster basis, including weekends & PH)

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales
