Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH GROUP in Singapore is seeking retail associates who are passionate about fashion and customer service. You will act as brand ambassador, deliver excellent service, and demonstrate product knowledge to help customers.

You will drive sales through styling recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling, while maintaining stock, store presentation, and accurate POS transactions. Candidates with retail experience welcome; weekends and public holidays OK.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level / NITEC.
• Strong interest in the fashion retail industry and styling.
• Passionate about serving customers.
• Sales-driven and target oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the brand ambassador by delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating strong product knowledge
• Drive sales by optimizing every sales opportunity such as product/styling recommendations, upselling and cross-selling while striving to exceed customer expectation and satisfaction
• Strive to achieve personal and team sales target that is set on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Proactively engage with customers and attend to enquiries to create a positive shopping experience
• Retrieve, organize, and replenish stocks to ensure products are readily available
• Organize storeroom and arrangement of stocks based on inventory standards
• Maintain store cleanliness and overall store display/presentation in accordance to visual merchandising standards
• Operate POS/cashier accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly
