Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to manage inquiries from phone, online, and social media platforms.

You will process daily e-commerce orders, respond to emails, pack items, and coordinate courier collections, while preparing daily reports. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service within fast-paced settings, and are hands-on multi-taskers who are patient, analytic, and solution-oriented.
