Job summary

Freight Forwarding is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join the team at 115 Airport Cargo Rd, Singapore. You will assist the CS Department, report to the Team Manager, and handle bookings for air and sea shipments while liaising with carriers and customers to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires good command of written and spoken English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and email correspondence.

(Renumeration: Between $2600 to $3200 ) - depending on experience.

Working location: 115 Airport Cargo Rd, Singapore 819466

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Scope

• Must have a passion for learning and be willing to take on assigned tasks.
• Some knowledge of air and sea logistics is an advantage.
• Handle all bookings for both air and sea shipments.
• Liaise with air and sea carriers.
• Liaise with customers on shipment-related matters.
• Handle sea freight documentation, including bookings, Bills of Lading (B/L), and other relevant documents.
