Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install, maintain and service semiconductor equipment at our One-North Coast site. You will diagnose issues, support customers to maximise uptime, and collaborate with engineering teams on complex escalations.

The role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical aptitude, strong problem-solving, and the ability to read engineering drawings. Cleanroom work may be required and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation or field service.
• Manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace or precision engineering.
• Electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics or industrial equipment servicing.
• Equipment maintenance, troubleshooting or technical servicing.
• Entry-level and non-experienced candidates welcome if strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Location: One-North Coast, Singapore

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days : Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of semiconductor equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware and process-related issues.

• Support customers to maximise equipment uptime and performance.

• Participate in technical escalations and work closely with engineering teams to resolve complex issues.

• Follow all safety, quality and operational procedures.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service and build strong customer relationships.

• Read and understand engineering documents, diagrams and technical specifications.

• Work in a cleanroom environment when required.

Requirements
