Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a field service professional for an on-site role at One North Coast (Fab10N @ Micron site) in Singapore. The position involves installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor equipment to maximize uptime.

You will diagnose hardware/process issues and collaborate with engineering on escalations while ensuring safety and quality procedures are followed. The ideal candidate has semiconductor equipment maintenance or field service experience,

Qualifications

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• Able to read engineering documents and diagrams.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with good communication skills.
• Non-experienced hires are welcome.

Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues
• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships

About you

• Able to read engineering documents and diagrams
• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience
• Maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or field service experience from manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, precision engineering, or related industries
• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment
• Strong hands-on mechanical, electrical, or equipment maintenance experience
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused with good communication skills
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
• Non-experienced hires are welcome
