Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support shipments from Tuas, Singapore. The role involves handling phone and email inquiries, preparing import/export and shipping paperwork, and ensuring on-time delivery in coordination with multiple departments.

Strong attention to SOPs and inventory accuracy is essential. Working days are 5.5 days with 1pm-9.30pm on weekdays and 1pm-5pm alternate Saturdays; salary is up to SGD 2,500 per month.

Responsibilities

• Phone and email customer service assistance.
• Following the established SOP, prepare import/export and shipping paperwork and invoice orders after shipments have been closed.
• Keep an eye on shipments to make sure they are cleared and delivered on time.
• Verify that all incoming and departing operations meet the Key Performance Indexes.
• Work with the supervisor to plan warehouse operations.
• Work together with other departments to complete orders and on-time delivery.
• Verify that every inventory is accurate.
• Keep thorough records of your inventory levels and report any inconsistencies.
• Take care of general office housekeeping.
• Preserve a secure workplace.
• Complete any additional work-related tasks as directed by a supervisor.

Working Hour: Mon-Fri: 1pm-9.30pm | Alt Sat: 1pm-5pm
Working Location: Tuas
