In this full-time position, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and address concerns.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters to appropriate team members when necessary
3. Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
4. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
5. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
