Job summary

UPSはシンガポール拠点でカスタマーサービス担当を募集しています。顧客対応、運用/配送、事務作業を横断的に担当し、社内外の顧客と協力して優れたサービス体験を提供します。

このポジションは最低2年の航空貨物/海貨の運用経験と英語力を要し、ExcelやOutlook等のOfficeツールを活用して業務を推進します。自発性と責任感を持ち、速いペースの環境で課題解決に取り組める方を歓迎します。

完全勤務のオンサイト勤務で、監督経験があれば尚良。UPSは差別・ハラスメントのない職場を提供します。

Qualifications

• 最低はGCE ’N’/’O’ Levels もしくは Diplomaが必要です。
• Air and Sea Freight Operationsで最低2年の経験を有し、顧客サービスと利害関係者の管理に注力します。
• 英語の読み書き・会話力が優秀です。
• 自発的で責任感を持ち、タスクを主導して遂行できる方を求めます。
• 速いペースの環境での問題解決能力が求められます。
• 複数タスクを同時に処理し、締め切りを守る能力が重要です。
• Excel・Word・OutlookなどMicrosoft Officeの熟練が必要です。
• 監督経験があると望ましいです。）

• 顧客の問い合わせに迅速に対応し、第一窓口として主導します。
• 内部・外部の顧客と協力して卓越したカスタマーサービス体験を提供します。
• アカウント/顧客の期待値を管理します。

• KPIの顧客別レポートとスコアカードの作成を支援します。
• 顧客の要件を満たす関係を構築・維持します。

職務内容:

Job Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Keep the pulse of customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer’s inquiries in a timely manner. Take the lead as a first PIC for customers
• Work with internal/external customers to create an exceptional customer service experience
• Manage account/customer expectations
• Work with internal and external customers for Corrective and Preventative Actions
• Help craft and create KPI customer specific reporting and scorecards
• Build and maintain rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements

Operations/Distribution

• Process Stock In/Out in SAP
• Work with LFS internal customers on process improvements
• Help craft account SOPs and Work Instructions
• Assist in distribution and operations as needed

Administration

• CAPA Reporting
• KPI management
• Assist with Quotation, RFQ and RFI
• Sales support
• Undertake other duties as requested

Job Requirements

• Possess at least GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels or a Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Air and Sea Freight Operations, with a strong focus on customer service and stakeholder management.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Prior supervisory or people management experience will be an added advantage.
