Job summary

Qualifications

• Diplomaまたは学士号を物流・サプライチェーン/ビジネスアドミニストレーション分野で有すること。
• 3–5年のエアフレイト経験が望ましい。
• IATA規則の知識; DG認証または知識が有利。
• 通関・貿易管理規制の知識、関連資格がプラス。
• エアフレイト計画と調整の実務経験。
• 組織内のさまざまなレベルと協働できる卓越したコミュニケーション能力。
• 5.5日勤務に対応できること。

Responsibilities

• 営業・マーケティングなどの部門と協力してエアフレイト転送製品を開発・強化するサポートを行う。
• 運用要件と顧客ニーズに沿って日次の出荷動向を計画・調整する。
• 航空会社やベンダーと料金を交渉し、マージン方針に基づく売価を提案する。
• 航空会社の請求の正確性を検証し、差異の迅速な解決を図る。
• 定型業務だけでなく、顧客対応・コンプライアンス関連の入札に対する助言提供を担当する。
• 監査所見や運用ギャップに応じた是正措置を管理から指示された通り実施する。
• 現行の運用要件および顧客期待の変化に合わせて作業プロセスを継続的に見直し改善する。
• 管理部門の指示に従い、他の職務も遂行する。

職務内容:

Job Responsibilities

• Support the supervisor in developing and enhancing airfreight forwarding products in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Marketing.

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily shipment movements in line with operational requirements and customer needs.

• Negotiate with airline or vendor for charges incurred and follow margin guideline to propose sell rate.

• Verify accuracy of airline billing and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in airfreight operations, providing advisory support and contributing to business tenders, including those related to customs and trade compliance.

• Implement corrective actions as directed by management in response to audit findings and operational gaps.

• Continuously review and improve work processes to ensure alignment with current operational requirements and evolving customer expectations

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or bachelor's degree of any discipline, preferably in Logistics & Supply Chain/Business Administration.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in airfreight or related field.

• Strong knowledge of IATA regulations; Dangerous Goods (DG) certification or knowledge is an advantage.

• Familiarity with customs and trade control regulations; relevant certifications are a plus.

• Proven ability in airfreight planning and coordination, including direct engagement with airlines, terminals, and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to work a 5.5-day work week
