Job summary

OJJ FOODS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic customer service team member who will be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch service and assistance.

You will generate daily orders, handle invoices and credits, and work with internal and external customers to ensure timely submission. The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to be a member of our customer service team. You will play an integral role as you are the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch service and assistance.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Generate daily customer’s order and ensure delivery is met
• Sorting of returned invoices, issuance of debit and credit notes
• Work closely with internal & external customers to ensure all invoices are properly collated for timely submission to internal/external portal
• Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with both internal and external customer
• Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer-focused with a genuine passion for helping people
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (Overtime shall be compensated)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Relevant call centre or customer service experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
